About The Position

Join our new store projected to open in August 2023! At Domino's, we believe in having fun while at work and providing endless opportunities for growth. As a team member, you will be responsible for accurately taking and processing orders, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. You will also support the restaurant by performing various workstation duties and complying with all operational standards and laws.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Possess basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise movements quickly.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team, supporting other workstations and completing all closing duties, including cleaning.
• Operate all equipment and clean the facility daily.
• Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas, and take inventory.
