About The Position

The CSR - Insider position at Domino's Pizza involves working in-store as part of the Store Operations team. This role is classified as Non-Exempt and reports to the General Manager, with a secondary report to the Regional Operations Manager. The position does not have any direct or indirect reports. The in-store environment is dynamic, with a focus on customer service and pizza making. Employees are encouraged to engage in friendly competition and are rewarded for outstanding performance. There are two main roles available: Pizza Makers and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). CSRs will primarily focus on customer care while also assisting with pizza making as needed. Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
