This position involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance while promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. The role includes receiving cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as learning closing and opening procedures. Employees will operate the pizza oven and properly box products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is required when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers. Quality customer service must be provided to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person. Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary, along with the ability to use a computer-based order entry system.
