The position involves receiving and processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility as requested. The role requires effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. An outgoing personality is essential as you will be the first contact for phone-in and carryout customers, necessitating friendly and professional communication. Additionally, the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor is required. Most tasks are performed from a standing position, and employees must be able to stand for long periods of time.
