About The Position

As a CSR - Insider at Domino's, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on providing excellent customer service and making high-quality pizzas. This position is non-exempt and reports to the General Manager, with a secondary report to the Regional Operations Manager. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company, with many team members advancing to management or franchise ownership roles. The role involves both customer service and pizza making, ensuring a fun and engaging work environment.

Requirements

• An exceptional and positive attitude
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members
• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
