Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and assisting carryout customers politely and courteously.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of the menu to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintaining a professional image according to company standards.
  • Following customer WOW steps: Apologize, give them what they want, and provide something extra.
  • Counting pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
  • Ensuring pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
  • Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery.
  • Saying 'Let me get your change' on every order without exception.
  • Limiting personal cash to no more than $20 while on the clock.
  • Prohibiting pocket knives or weapons while working.
  • Keeping driver vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive image while working.
  • Not routing or checking in early from delivery.
  • Washing hands prior to making products.
  • Following proper procedures for food products.
  • Completing Safe Delivery CBT training.
  • Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address.
