We are looking for qualified customer service representatives with people skills and great personality who have the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-team members to process orders both over the phone and in person. The role involves building relationships with customers, upselling, handling cash properly, keeping the customer area clean, and having the ability to direct activities. Representatives will perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions, and of course, have an exceptional and positive attitude. All orientation and training will be provided on the job.
