About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. We are looking for cheerful individuals who can exude positive energy and make our customers say 'Wow!' The role requires a great demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively. While prior restaurant experience is not necessary, a flexible schedule is essential as CSRs work during lunch, evening, and late-night shifts. Candidates can work part-time, with a minimum of two days a week and up to six days a week, depending on their availability and the needs of the business. Weekend hours may also be required. This position has the potential to lead to management opportunities for the right candidate.
