As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. We are looking for cheerful individuals who can exude positive energy and make our customers say 'Wow!' Your demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task are essential skills for success in this role. While prior restaurant experience is not necessary, a flexible schedule is required as CSRs work during lunch, evening, and late-night shifts. Depending on your availability and desire, you may work part-time, with shifts ranging from two to six days a week. Weekend hours may also be required. This position has the potential to lead to management opportunities for the right candidate.
