The candidate must possess basic math skills to accurately give change and have an outgoing personality to engage with customers, as they will be the first point of contact for phone-in and carryout customers. Additionally, the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor is necessary. Most tasks are performed from a standing position, and there are no chairs for employees, so the ability to stand for long periods is essential.
