About The Position

As a team member at Domino's Pizza, you will deal directly with customers either by phone or face-to-face. You will need to have a memorized knowledge of our products and be able to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively. A friendly demeanor is essential; you should greet each customer with a smile and welcome them to Domino's. Your responsibilities will also include helping in the preparation of boxes, maintaining cleanliness by removing garbage, sweeping, and keeping both the storefront and back area tidy, including the parking lot and sidewalk. Speed and efficiency are crucial in our store, as customers are impressed by our enthusiasm and hustle. Training and orientation will be provided on the job, as Domino's is recognized worldwide as the largest pizza delivery company. We emphasize the importance of maintaining a positive image, which reflects in our appearance, product, and service. A Domino's team member should portray a positive image wherever they are seen.
