About The Position

As a team member at Domino's Pizza, you will be responsible for dealing directly with customers, either by phone or face-to-face. You will need to have a memorized knowledge of our products and services, and be able to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively. A friendly demeanor is essential, as you will be expected to greet each customer with a smile and provide excellent service. Your duties will also include helping with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the store and surrounding areas, and ensuring a positive image for the company. Training and orientation will be provided on the job, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a positive image and excellent service as part of the world's largest pizza delivery company.
