About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face. This role requires a memorized knowledge of the menu and the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Representatives must maintain a positive demeanor, smiling both over the phone and in person. Additional duties include preparing food products and keeping the front of the store clean.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Must have a clear and upbeat speaking voice.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
