About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while making high-quality pizzas and tending to the oven. Your role will involve answering phones, greeting customers cheerfully, and taking orders both over the phone and in person at the store counter. You will also maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, deal with customer concerns, handle cash, checks, and credit cards, and perform general store cleanup duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of two years with a safe driving record
• Access to an insured reliable vehicle for delivery
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
• Must be a fun and friendly person, comfortable talking to strangers
• Must be a team player who is on time every day with a great attitude
