About The Position

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) takes orders by phone and in person for walk-in customers. The CSR is responsible for taking care of all walk-in customers, which includes collecting payments and giving back change. Additionally, the CSR is responsible for keeping the front area clean and sometimes the back area, which will include washing dishes. In most cases, a CSR will be trained to make all products on the menu and may also be trained in oven tending.
