About The Position

At MBR Management, a locally owned Franchise of Domino's, we are dedicated to treating all of our team members like family. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers while taking orders. You will uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image, ensuring our stores are kept clean and sanitized for our team and customers. You will get into the action and make perfect products all the time, learn organizational and inventory skills, and provide amazing customer service. Additionally, you will execute time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a competitive work environment, help be part of the pizza industry that is leading in technology by using the most advanced equipment, and demonstrate your own style while working in a diverse work environment. You will also have the ability to take ownership in resolving problems and operate all equipment inside the store.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication & basic math skills to count change.
  • Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Strong communication & verbal skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, & lift up to 25 pounds.
