About The Position

As a customer service representative at Domino's, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer feels welcomed and valued. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and it is essential to greet them warmly and treat them like family. This role requires you to answer phone calls promptly and provide excellent service consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone on the earliest ring possible after the Caller ID is activated.
  • Greet customers immediately as they enter the store with a warm welcome.
  • Treat every customer as you would a guest in your home.
  • Repeat the greeting process with every customer, every time, all the time.
