About The Position

As a customer service representative at Domino's, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to customers by answering phone calls promptly and greeting customers as they enter the store. You will treat each customer with warmth and hospitality, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone on the earliest ring possible after the Caller ID is activated.
  • Greet customers immediately as they enter the store with a warm welcome.
  • Treat customers as you would a guest in your home, like family.
  • Repeat the greeting process with every customer, every time, all the time.
