About The Position

As a customer service representative at Domino's, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer feels welcomed and valued. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering the phone promptly and greeting them warmly as they enter the store. Your role is crucial in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere, treating each customer like family.

  • Greet customers immediately as they enter the store with a warm welcome.
  • Treat customers as you would a guest in your home, like family.
  • Repeat the greeting process with every customer, every time, all the time.
