About The Position

We are HIRING for a NEW location in Louisville, KY! Address: 12414 Dixie Highway. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at MBR Management, a locally owned Franchise of Domino's, you will provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers while taking orders. You will uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image, ensure our stores are kept clean and sanitized for our team and customers, and get into the action to make perfect products all the time. You will learn organizational and inventory skills, provide amazing customer service, and execute time management skills while being able to multi-task in a competitive work environment. You will also help be part of the pizza industry that is leading in technology by using the most advanced equipment, demonstrate your own style while working in a diverse work environment, and take ownership in resolving problems. Additionally, you will operate all equipment inside the store.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication & basic math skills to count change.
  • Outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication & verbal skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, & lift up to 25 pounds.
