About The Position

Customer Service Registration Temporaries $500 Completion Bonus GCSAA is seeking a service-oriented individual to assist with registration efforts for the annual GCSAA Conference and Trade Show. Primary duties will focus on data integrity, data entry/processing, customer service (phone, email, in-person), generating reports, packing supplies, and any other departmental needs. This temporary position is available effective immediately and will last through mid-February. Typical hours will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with flexibility if needed. The position will report to/reside in our headquarters building in Lawrence, KS. Must be able to travel to our Conference and Trade Show in Orlando, FL (anticipated dates of travel are 01/29/26 to 02/06/26, subject to change). About GCSAA The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), is a non-profit, membership-driven association with 20,000+ members in 78 countries and 85 employees whose mission is serving its members, advancing their profession and improving communities through the enjoyment, growth and vitality of the game of golf. Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience with a positive attitude and ability to quickly resolve problems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Must be able to travel to our Conference and Trade Show in Orlando, FL (anticipated dates of travel are 01/29/26 to 02/06/26, subject to change)
