About The Position

UL Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Professional III to join our team in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will manage and coordinate client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met, internal and external communication channels remain open, and processes for handling work and generating technical reports are optimized. Working under general direction and established policies, you will interact with ULS team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
