These positions are located at our Schaumburg, IL and St. Charles, IL locations. In this role, you will provide excellent customer experience, assist with customer inquires to help resolve immediate need. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess strong customer service and administrative skills with a collaborative spirit to represent their respective organizations effectively. Available Positions: Housing Coordinator– The liaison to all internal departments, vendors, and policyholders and by addressing inquiries effectively, accurately, and promptly. Security Deposit Specialist – Maintaining accuracy throughout claim files and working on behalf of the policyholder to resolve disputes and damage claims. Security Deposit Assistant-Managing security deposit processes and ensuring a correct financial total at the end of the policyholder’s placement. Furniture Coordinator Assistant- Responsible for working seamlessly on a team and as an individual, to maintain the Furniture Book daily and to ensure all activities are completed to customer satisfaction. Relocation Search Specialist-Provide support to the Relocation Specialist team during the search process by increasing the efficiency of providing potential property options to the insurance adjuster. Reservation Agent- Provide top-tier customer support and assist clients with inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Some positions may require additional qualifications).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (preferred but not required).
  • Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
  • 0-5+ plus years customer service skills
