About The Position

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative position at Dealer Services Network located in Deerfield Beach, FL. Our Customer Service Department offers a great working environment, and great pay. The hours are 8:15am – 5pm Lunch 45 mins - · Full time – Monday through Friday · We will fully train the right candidate

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish/English

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound tag agency calls
  • Emailing and replying to all customer inquiries
  • Appointment setting
  • Title Pro Issue Deals intake
  • Full Deal assessment
  • Ticketing all accessed issue deals/notifying dealers
  • Dealership email and phone call follow-up
  • Scanning In all Title Pro’s completed weekly non-folder dealerships
  • Working on DSN Deerfield shipping and warehouse processes
  • Resubmitting & rerouting all completions and corrections, miscellaneous deals etc.
  • Daily / Weekly Tag Agency Reports
