We are hiring a Customer Service Team Member / Person-in-Charge (PIC). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, hands-on work, and customer interaction. In this position, you will: Be the primary point of contact on the sales floor during your shift Assist staff and customers with questions or concerns Assign tasks, monitor breaks, and help manage staffing challenges Open or close the store, including safe and register counts Maintain safety and operational standards while communicating with management You will also provide excellent customer service, help customers find products, process purchases, and keep shelves stocked and organized. This position reports to the department manager with oversight from the Store Manager. Hours are flexible and may be part-time (up to 30 hours/week) or full-time (up to 40 hours/week).
