About The Position
Insta-Cash Pawn is looking for highly qualified individuals to join our team. Experience in the pawn industry is not required. We offer great benefits, employer paid life insurance, paid vacation, sick time and four paid holidays off. We offer competitive wages of $10-$14 with commission. As a pawnbroker you will ensure high levels of customer service by greeting, engaging and interacting with customers to initiate sales and loan activity.
Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Computer literate
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Ability to multi-task
