About The Position

Primarily responsible for assisting customers in making food selections and resolving complaints through proper compensation and documentation.

Requirements

• At least six months to one year of general office or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient typing skills (25 to 35 WPM).
• Good computer skills for data entry and order input on a PC.
• Good communication skills to understand a variety of customers and correctly record orders.
