About The Position
Primarily responsible for assisting customers in making food selections and resolving complaints through proper compensation and documentation.
Requirements
- At least six months to one year of general office or customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficient typing (25 to 35 WPM)
- Computer skills to perform data entry and order input on a PC.
- Good communication skills to understand a variety of customers and correctly record orders.
