About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. The CSR will be responsible for scheduling and confirming service calls for high-end appliance repairs and assisting Service Technicians in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Windows-based programs.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience in a call center (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm service calls for customers needing appliance repair.
  • Assist Service Technicians in the field as required.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and team members.
