This full time position is responsible for the successful operations of the customer service department and general office duties. They will work closely with the management team to address customer service tasks and issues as well as maintain seamless flow between the front office and production. The team member will be the front-line representation of the company both in-person and online. Note that this facility cross-trains all employees and team members may be required to fulfill tasks outside of their formal job description. These tasks include but are not limited to: Sanitation: cleaning of machinery, dishes and facility Production: handling of raw products such as loading and unloading, hanging, racking Packaging: handling of finished products such as loading and unloading, slicing, cutting, filling bags
