Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and in support of the CS Manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, result-driven individual with strong communication skills. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for all computer input required for the position. Answer phone calls related to customer questions and resolve problems/ complaints. Take customer orders over the phone and write up orders and enter online. Provide verbal or written quotations to customers. Compile plant reports as needed. Provide Certificates of Conformance to customers, as requested. Must be familiar, and follow, all standard operating procedures and guidelines. Knowledge of how and where to locate procedures and forms relevant to this position.
