Bierschbach Equipment & Supply has an immediate opening for the position of Customer Service Manager at our Dickinson branch. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for supervising a team of four (4) employees and overseeing the activities of our Inside Sales, Warehouse and Delivery departments within the branch. The Customer Service Manager maintains close relationships with employees in each department and promotes and reinforces a positive team dynamic and work environment. This supervisory position also initiates and develops customer relationships with construction/industrial customers and strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers. This hands-on position requires strong interpersonal, coaching and organizational skills and is responsible for managing a team of branch employees within a fast-paced environment. The manager is in charge of coordinating warehouse/delivery efforts of our Dickinson store, as well as assisting with the prompt/courteous handling of walk-in and call-in customers. Experience within the construction industry is helpful but not required. Management and inside sales experience is a plus.
