About The Position

Customer Service Manager for established Case IH dealership. Responsible for all aspects of service department. This position reports directly to Dealership Store Manager.

Requirements

  • Mechanical background a plus.
  • Experience as a service technician or a strong understanding of engine engineering
  • Experience in handling customer service issues
  • Experience in computerized shop management systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Automotive certifications a plus
  • Strong computer Skills

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical background a plus.
  • Automotive certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Manage service technicians’ daily workloads
  • Create service order quotes and assign orders to service technicians
  • Communicate status to customers and complete invoicing and follow-ups
  • Navigate OEM Dealer Portals to troubleshoot problems and warranty information
  • Maintain records, manage service reports, warranty audits and open backlog
  • Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Evaluate productivity of technicians and profitability of service department
