About The Position

The Manager of Customer Care at Lookout Pest Control will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the Customer Care team. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about coaching, training, and producing data that supports the company's growth plans. In this role, the Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Care professionals, focusing on growing the book of business while ensuring quality performance. The Manager will produce data to provide real-time feedback on goals and metrics, design and deliver training content, and coach team members to enhance their skills. Effective communication is essential, as the Manager will need to communicate professionally and effectively with both team members and customers. Additionally, the Manager will design and run contests and incentives to drive performance, creating a vibrant workplace culture that aligns with the company's core values. Day-to-day expectations include managing a team of Customer Care specialists, evaluating their performance, and providing ongoing training with a people-first mindset to ensure career development. The Manager will stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers. The role also involves delivering on Customer Care Leadership Playbook activities, which include daily check-ins, daily huddles, daily call coaching sessions, weekly team meetings, and engagement activities, as well as conducting monthly performance reviews.
