About The Position
The QC Holdings E-commerce Department is seeking Remote customer service professionals to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE LOAN SPECIALIST. This is a full-time opportunity with BONUS POTENTIAL. This position will secure, verify, and analyze customer loan application information as set forth in product guidelines to provide quality consumer loan services. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated with great interpersonal and PC skills and a high degree of professionalism. The job requires direct phone contact with customers who are applying for consumer loans via our company website with an emphasis on loan origination. We also have separate positions available with a focus on loan servicing and collections if that is your specialty. The job requires direct phone contact with customers who are applying for loans using our website. Location: Fully Remote with/optional Hybrid opportunity upon successful completion of training and maintaining of performance standards.
