The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service under the guidelines of Ascentia’s policies and procedures and all applicable laws. The customer service specialist strives to maximize manufactured home community occupancy through leasing and marketing efforts. Assists with administrative responsibilities associated with the efficient operation of a Multi-family community.
