About The Position

The Customer Service Leader position at Majors Management in Westmoreland, TN, is a part-time or full-time onsite role reporting to the Store Manager. This role is responsible for upholding company customer service standards, managing cash control, ensuring compliance with regulations for government-regulated products, and maintaining food preparation safety guidelines. Key duties include detailed cleaning of the store's interior and exterior, product stocking and rotation, completing training activities, and adhering to the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics. A significant aspect of the role involves motivating sales associates to boost sales and profitability through suggestive selling, and assisting the Store Manager with hiring, developing, and training staff to meet company standards and guidelines. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Ability to read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.

Responsibilities

  • Meet company customer service standards.
  • Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
  • Obey company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation.
  • Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
  • Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
  • Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
  • Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
  • Motivate sales associates to grow the store sales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in store to meet company standards and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
