About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Alo Yoga, you will report to a Customer Service Lead and play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer has an excellent experience. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through various channels, achieving productivity and quality targets, and providing personalized service. You will also handle complaints with empathy, follow up on issues until resolution, and report any significant trends to management. Additionally, you will inspire customers to shop with Alo Yoga and assist with back-office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media
  • Commit to achieving productivity and quality targets
  • Provide a personalized and memorable experience to all customers
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and with empathy to avoid escalations
  • Follow-up on any issue until they are fully resolved
  • Report any trending or escalated issue to management
  • Inspire customers to shop with Alo Yoga
  • Help with back-office work when needed: process credits, investigate lost packages and issue replacement orders
