About The Position

The Customer Service Lead at Transwall is a key role responsible for driving internal sales support and customer service operations within a custom architectural wall manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position ensures best-in-class customer service practices across order entry, customer communications, quoting and securing service work, and supporting pre-sale and project documentation. The role plays a central part in delivering an exceptional client experience by coordinating closely with internal teams, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate, timely information through CRM and project systems. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven setting. The Customer Service Lead supports continuous improvement initiatives, manages service bidding and billing, processes sales and change orders, and assists with project execution through documentation and research.
