About the position

As a Customer Service Lead Representative, you will be responsible for researching complex, social media customer service issues and collaborating with other internal teams to resolve patient concerns and prevent further abrasion. You may also serve as primary contact and liaison between one or more customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Pharmacy, or PBM.
  • Knowledge of Accredo operations and systems - Preferred.
  • Experience engaging various partners to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer escalations in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Strong attention-to-detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to respond in a clear, concise manner.
