About The Position

Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults, providing them with essential skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized mentorship. The program aims to equip participants with both technical and professional skills, facilitating their entry into the workforce or further education.

Requirements

• Must be between 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.
• Engage in internships with leading organizations such as Salesforce, Workday, or PayPal.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Develop professional business and communication skills.
• Build resumes and practice interviewing and networking skills.
