About The Position
Our client is an established Property & Casualty insurance agency located in Eau Claire, seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to enhance their team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday and requires a self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. The role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and requires the ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. The successful candidate will engage in various phone and service work, including providing quotes, processing policy changes, taking payments, and troubleshooting customer inquiries.
