The Gainey Agency is seeking motivated, client-focused professionals to join our team in a remote Customer Service role with responsibilities that include insurance sales and policy servicing. This position combines consultative sales with ongoing client support to help individuals and families secure appropriate insurance coverage. Position overview Provide high-quality customer service to prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance and related financial protection solutions. Manage policy servicing tasks, including processing applications, facilitating underwriting requirements, handling endorsements and policy changes, and responding to client inquiries. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company CRM and ensure timely follow-up on leads and client requests. Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, leadership) to resolve client issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Achieve individual performance targets for client satisfaction, retention, and sales activity while adhering to licensing and compliance requirements. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality assurance activities to maintain product knowledge and service standards.
