Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication platforms
Excellent organization and time management abilities

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Must be a U.S. resident or citizen
Must be legally authorized to work and physically located in the United States

Responsibilities

Connect with members using our established database of individuals who have requested information
Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Clearly explain available coverage options and answer client questions
Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the application and enrollment process
Support active policyholders with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
