About The Position
Kryger Glass is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Sioux City Market. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest. This is a full-time hourly position in a very busy service center that includes benefits & paid leave. We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency. Hours are M-F; 8 AM - 5 pm. Salary is $17-$18/hour, depending on experience. We also offer a casual working environment. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Requirements
- Customer Service Skills; manages difficult or emotional customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Strong organizational skills
- Is consistently at work and on time
Responsibilities
- Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders
- Determine charges for parts requested
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered
- Other duties may be assigned
