About The Position
DX Electric Company has partnered with Hueman to find a Customer Service/Inside Sales for their location in Grapevine, Texas. DX Electric is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting both our customers and our outside sales team by providing exceptional service, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth order and quote processes. Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience.
- Understanding of electrical parts or technical product knowledge.
- Spanish language skills (passive fluency preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for incoming sales inquiries from customers and the outside sales team.
- Manage assigned accounts, including order processing, quoting, and driving account growth.
- Support outside sales representatives with orders, quotes, and occasional procurement of parts.
