About The Position

The Customer Service and Marketing Representative reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to obtain new clients, while also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base. You will be hands-on, in the field, solving problems and meeting clients to make custom solutions every day. Requirements

  • Highly motivated with a great attitude, and a desire to help others via an engaging personality and upbeat telephone personality
  • Ability to maintain high level of engagement with customer base
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Keen eye for visual design
  • Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results
  • Strong communication and listening skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of prior inside sales, and customer service experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Prefer experience with Adobe products
  • Experience with Corebridge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create targeted marketing strategies, campaigns and collateral to target core business prospects
  • Utilize various digital marketing techniques (i.e., PPC) as well as more traditional marketing functions (i.e. direct mail) to increase lead generation
  • Oversee and develop content for blogs and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to generate awareness of the SpeedPro brand
  • Maintain and update studio website as needed
  • Ensure that all external communications are on-brand and utilize consistent messaging
  • Make follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with end-products and to drive further business opportunities
  • Drive a variety of lead development initiatives including list building and data mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments
  • Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
