About The Position

Duties: - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. - Engage in outbound calling to prospect and follow up with leads, resulting in new sales opportunities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and drive repeat business. - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently meeting and exceeding customer needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer concerns while proactively recommending solutions that meet the customer and company needs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Do you type at least 40 WPM?
  • Outbound calling: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
