Customer Service Inside Sales Rep | PART TIME
About The Position
Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative for our Omaha Market. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest. This is a part-time hourly position in a very busy service center. M-F, 5 hours per day within the 8 AM - 5 PM time period. This year, you will be expected to work all day, 8 AM - 5 PM, in the months of June, July, & August. Position reports to our office in the Millard area. Wage is $17-$18 / hour depending on experience. We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency. Bilingual is a plus. We are a casual work environment.

Responsibilities
- Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders
- Determines charges for parts requested
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Other duties may be assigned.
