About The Position

The Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales; providing/receiving information; selling client products/service as well as providing basic customer service support. Requirements

  • High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
  • Achieve specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
